An experienced musician, Gerald Ross is equally at home in a concert hall or on a small club stage.
He has performed in concert with Bonnie Raitt, Arlo Guthrie, Doc Watson, Johnny Gimble, Riders In The Sky, Brownie McGhee and other nationally known artists. He was the winner of the 1993 WEMU Jazz Competition (solo artist).
Other radio work includes appearances on National Public Radio's 'A Prairie HomeCompanion'.
He has been a featured performer and instructor at The Augusta Heritage Center, The Portland Ukulele Festival and Music Camp. The Chicagoland Ukulele Jam Festival, New York Uke Fest, Ann Arbor Uke-athon Uke-tacular, and Midwest Ukefest.
Gerald is a regular with the Hawaiian Steel Guitar Association and at the Lone Star Steel Guitar Jamboree.
Gerald is equally skilled at ukulele, Hawaiian lap steel guitar and swing/jazz guitar.
